If someone takes the payment of an unentitled share certificate or nominates a rich person, the owner or holder of such share certificate can file a complaint in the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of knowing that the payment of such share certificate or the nomination of a rich person has been made to maintain his right.
(2) If a complaint is filed by someone according to sub-section (1), the court shall uphold the right of the right holder and pay the right to the right holder even if the payment has been taken by the non-right holder.
